What Perseat does

Perseat introduces companies looking to outsource work to providers who offer it. We help you find and compare providers, and we pass introductions between you.

We are an introduction service. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider or a buyer, we do not perform the work, and we do not act as an agent for either side.

No guarantee of provider performance

We review provider applications before publishing them and we verify what we say we verify on each profile. That review is not a guarantee.

We do not guarantee that any provider will perform any service, meet any deadline, meet any service level, or be suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information a provider supplies about itself, including pricing, capacity, and certifications.

You are responsible for your own diligence before engaging a provider, and for the contract you sign with them.

Contracts and payment between buyers and providers

Any engagement, statement of work, service level, or payment arrangement is strictly between the buyer and the provider. Perseat is not responsible for performance, non-performance, disputes, losses, or damages arising from any engagement introduced through the platform.

Provider obligations

Providers must give accurate information about their company, services, capacity, and pricing, and must respond to introductions promptly.

We may decline an application, or remove or suspend a listing, at our discretion — including for inaccurate information or unresponsiveness.

Buyer information

When you request an introduction to a provider, you are asking us to share your contact details and request with that provider. Requests shown on our public board are anonymized until you request an introduction.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, don't use the platform to send unsolicited marketing to other users, and don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perseat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the platform or any engagement introduced through it.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Perseat after a change means you accept the updated terms.
