Every provider applies and is reviewed by a person before listing — no automated approvals. We confirm their email address, check that it matches their company domain, and check their phone number against the one published on their own website. Each profile shows exactly which checks it has passed, so you can judge for yourself before sharing your contact details.

Providers publish their own per-seat ranges as a condition of ranking well on the platform. Ranges are estimates — your final quote depends on scope — but they're close enough to know instantly whether a provider fits your budget, before any sales call.

Most providers are connected immediately — they receive your request and contact details, and you get a confirmation. Some providers review intro requests before their identity is shared; for those, we pass your request along and email you their full profile as soon as they accept. Either way, providers commit to responding within one business day as a condition of being listed. If you don't hear back, tell us and we'll chase it — repeat offenders get delisted.
